The Visual Branding Process
Discovery, Research & Inspiration
This is where I get to know you and your business, your goals, and what makes your brand unique. After our initial discovery call and once the proposal is approved, I’ll send over a client questionnaire. This helps me learn more about your target audience, your competitors, and the big-picture vision behind your business.
Then, during our consultation, we’ll dive even deeper. We’ll talk through your goals, what sets you apart, and start uncovering the inspiration that will guide the look and feel of your brand.
Design & Development
Once we’ve had our consultation and I have a clear understanding of your brand direction, it's time for the design stage. I’ll design 2–3 distinct logo concepts for you to review. Once you choose a direction we’ll refine it until it feels just right. Once the final logo is approved, I’ll build out your full brand toolkit. This includes your logo variations, colour palette, typography, and any supporting design elements like patterns, icons, or graphic accents that support your brand.
Delivery & Launch
At this stage, everything starts coming together. I’ll package up your full brand suite, including logo files in all the formats you’ll need (for print, web, social, and more) and a visual brand guide to help you stay consistent and confident as you start using your new branding. Once everything’s prepped and delivered, it’s time to launch… and celebrate! You’ll walk away with a brand you love and the tools to use it well.
